How the Supply Sources API Works

1. Register a Supply Source – Sellers send a POST /supplySources request with a JSON payload that includes the address, contact phone, and inventory type. Example: A retailer adds a Dallas warehouse with a 50,000‑SKU capacity and marks it as a “cold‑storage” source.
2. Retrieve Source Details – A GET /supplySources/{sourceId} call returns the full record, including operating hours, compliance tags, and current capacity. Example: A seller checks that a Chicago location is flagged for hazardous material handling before shipping a new batch of chemicals.
