Amazon's Buy Shipping in Bulk feature allows sellers to purchase up to 100 shipping labels simultaneously, significantly reducing the time spent on order fulfillment. This tool is especially valuable for high-volume sellers who need to streamline their shipping workflow and avoid the tedium of buying labels one order at a time.

• Per-order customization — Even in a bulk batch, you can assign different carriers, shipping services, package dimensions, weights, declared values, and delivery confirmation options to each individual order.
• One-click printing available — Integration with QZ Tray (a third-party print utility) enables automatic printing of labels as soon as they are purchased, eliminating the need to manually open and print files.
• Certain order types excluded — Military addresses (APO/FPO), orders requiring multiple labels, orders with refunded shipping labels in canceled status, and certain other special order types cannot be processed through the bulk feature and must be handled individually.

How It Works

To get started, navigate to your Manage Orders page in Seller Central and click the tab that allows you to select orders for bulk shipping. You can use the filters link to narrow down orders, or manually select individual orders from the list. Once your orders are selected, click the "Buy Shipping in bulk" option in the action bar. On the bulk shipping page, you will need to confirm or adjust the weight and dimensions for each order using package types stored in your preferences. The system will pre-select a shipping service for each order based on carrier performance history, your saved preferences, and the lowest available cost. However, you can override this selection on a per-order basis if needed. Before finalizing, you will also set your label print orientation, ship-from location, and ship date at the bottom of the page.
