How to Print a Single Packing Slip

To print a packing slip for an individual order, navigate to the Manage Orders page in Seller Central and locate the order you need. Click the packing slip button associated with that order. A print dialog box will appear on your screen along with a preview of the packing slip. Review the details to confirm they are correct, then click OK in the print dialog to send it to your printer. Once printed, include the packing slip inside the shipping box with the ordered items before sealing the package.

How to Print Multiple Packing Slips at Once

When you have several orders to fulfill at the same time, printing packing slips individually can be time-consuming. Seller Central provides a bulk printing option to speed up the process. On the Manage Orders page, use the checkbox in the upper-left corner of the order list to select the orders you want. Then choose the "Print packing slip for selected orders" option from the drop-down menu and click Go. This will generate all selected packing slips in a single print job, allowing you to match each slip to its corresponding package during your packing process.
