• Only account owners can merge — If you use a virtual assistant, web agency, or integrator to manage your account, they should not perform the merge. The actual account owner must complete this process directly.
• Subscription fee savings are significant — Merged accounts pay no more than the equivalent of $39.99 USD per month total across all countries, rather than paying full subscription fees in each marketplace separately.

How to Merge Existing Accounts

If you already sell in multiple countries and want to unify those separate accounts, the process begins by signing into Seller Central and selecting "Sell Globally" from the navigation menu. From there, navigate to the "Merge Accounts" tab and follow the on-screen instructions to select the accounts you wish to combine. You will be prompted to sign in with the credentials for each account you want to merge, and Amazon will show a preview of the newly merged account structure before you confirm. After reviewing the preview, you accept the terms and conditions and click the "Link and Merge" button to finalize the process.
