Rather than completing a listing in one sitting, sellers can save their work as drafts and return to finish later — or use Amazon's URL import feature to auto-populate listing details from an existing product page. How Draft Listings Work

The Drafts page serves as a centralized dashboard for managing all of your in-progress product listings. When you create a listing using the URL option, Amazon automatically generates a draft by fetching relevant product information and pre-filling the listing form. Alternatively, you can begin building a listing from scratch and click "Save as draft" at any time to preserve your progress. Every draft listing moves through a series of statuses: "In progress" while it's being processed, "URL import failed" if the source URL couldn't be read, and "Review and submit" once the draft is ready for final editing and publication.
