• Automatic waitlist for reclassified inventory — If products you already have stored in an FBA warehouse become reclassified as dangerous goods, Amazon will automatically place you on the program's application waitlist.
• Unfulfillable items may be disposed of at your expense — Products that arrive at a fulfillment center and are identified as unfulfillable dangerous goods can be destroyed without reimbursement, and Amazon will not cover disposal costs.

The FBA Dangerous Goods Program covers hazardous materials belonging to specific classes and divisions under US Department of Transportation regulations, including flammable gases (2.1), non-flammable gases (2.2), flammable liquids (3), flammable solids (4.1), oxidizers (5.1 and 5.2), toxic substances (6.1), corrosives (8), and miscellaneous hazardous materials (9).
