How the Shipping Process Works

Creating a SEND shipment follows Amazon's standard FBA shipment creation workflow with a few additional steps for international logistics. Sellers begin by navigating to the FBA shipment creation tool in Seller Central and selecting their ASINs and quantities. During the packing step, sellers choose between single-SKU case packs (using packing templates) or mixed-SKU boxes, then provide accurate box dimensions and weight. Getting these measurements right is important because final charges are based on an APC audit of actual shipment dimensions, and discrepancies between declared and actual measurements will result in adjusted charges.
