How Partial Refunds Work

1. Enable the feature — In Seller Central, navigate to the FBA settings page, locate “FBA returns evaluations and ownership settings,” and toggle the partial‑refund option to “on.”
   Example: A seller of silicone kitchen utensils activates the setting on March 1, 2024, and immediately gains the ability to offer refunds without returns.
