Amazon is merging its product and food safety compliance tools into the Account Health Dashboard, replacing the standalone compliance dashboard that sellers have used separately. The phased migration, which kicked off in early 2025, creates a single location for monitoring violations, submitting documentation, and managing appeals. Sellers dealing with regulated products need to pay close attention during the transition to avoid missing compliance deadlines.

What's Changing

How the Migration Works

Rather than flipping a switch, Amazon is moving compliance data over in stages. During this in-between period, a violation could show up in the old standalone dashboard or the new Account Health location — there is no guarantee which one it will appear in first. Amazon says it will notify sellers once all compliance information has been fully consolidated, but until that confirmation arrives, the safest approach is to treat both dashboards as active.

This is particularly important for sellers with pending appeals or open documentation requests. Amazon has not clarified whether in-progress submissions will transfer seamlessly or require any action on the seller's part, so keeping records of all current compliance activity is a smart precaution.
