How the Fee Explainer Works

1. Open the Payments dashboard — Log into Seller Central, select Payments from the main menu, and switch to the Transaction view tab. For example, a seller reviewing a week of sales will see a list of individual orders with associated fees.
2. Select a transaction — Click on the row that corresponds to the order you want to examine, such as Order #123‑4567890‑1234567. This action expands the row to reveal details like the sale price, shipping cost, and each fee amount.
3. Click the fee amount — Tap the dollar figure next to “Refund administration fee” (e.g., $1.23). A side panel slides out, titled Fee Explainer, showing:
