How the Responsible Person Dashboard Works

1. Access the dashboard — Log into Seller Central, navigate to the “Responsible Person” section, and you will see a list of ASINs flagged for compliance. Example: A seller of electronic accessories sees ASIN B08XYZ123 listed with a due date of 15 April 2026.
2. Enter EU Responsible Person details — For each ASIN, provide the full legal name, EU address, and a reachable phone or email of the designated entity. Example: The seller selects their EU subsidiary in Germany, enters “Tech GmbH, Berlin Straße 12, 10115 Berlin, Germany,” and supplies the corporate email.
3. Submit and verify — After entering the data, click “Submit.” Amazon validates the information; if it meets the criteria, the status changes to “Completed.”
